The Portrait Society of America presents Faces & Places: Grand Lake 2026, a three-day celebration of art, artists, and the beauty of Grand Lake.
From October 1–3, 2026, nine featured professional artists will immerse themselves in the community, painting throughout downtown Grand Lake, along the boardwalk, and on the grounds of Shadowcliff. Visitors are invited to watch the artists at work, ask questions, learn about their creative process, and experience professional painting up close.
The event concludes Saturday at the Grand Lake Community House with a live portrait painting demonstration and an Art Show & Sale—a chance to see the completed work and take home a piece inspired by Grand Lake.
