In this beginner oil pastel class, students will explore the fundamentals of oil pastel art. The class is designed to introduce various techniques and provide hands-on experience in using oil pastels to create vibrant and dynamic artworks.

Class Objectives:

• Understand basic oil pastel tools and materials.
• Learn fundamental techniques such as layering, blending, and color mixing.
• Develop skills in creating textures and gradients.
• To practice and to build foundational skills while incorporating  the techniques learned in class into a mountain landscape scene.
