Build a Stand Up Paddleboard

Location: Grand Lake, CO
Learn to build a beautiful wooden Stand-Up Paddleboard. No previous woodworking experience necessary. We will construct a Chesapeake Light Craft Kaholo 14’ board together.
This class will be 3.5 days over the Labor Day Weekend, September 4th-7th, 2026 at the new Maker Space in Grand Lake, Colorado.
Tuition is $300 (one third the cost of other boat schools). If you want to go home with a paddleboard of your own, reach out to us and we will tell you how it works. We also have tips for reasonable lodging in Grand Lake.
