Start your morning with coffee and conversation about Space to Create, Grand Lake’s new live/work housing for creatives.

This drop-in information session at Sagebrush Bar & Grill is a relaxed opportunity to learn about the project, who it’s for, and how it will strengthen our local creative economy. Representatives from the Town of Grand Lake and the Grand Lake Creative District will be available to explain leasing plans, residential requirements, and what to expect during the March 16–22, 2026 application period.
