Grand Lake Creative District

Inside Space to Create

Info & Application Series

The Town of Grand Lake and the Grand Lake Creative District invite prospective residents, creative workers, and community members to the Space to Create Information Series. These sessions are designed to help you understand the live/work housing opportunity, who it’s for, how the facility will operate, and how it benefits the community. Representatives will share details about residential requirements, leasing plans, and the application process, with time for questions at every event. Whether you’re seriously considering applying or simply want to learn more, there’s a session for you.
