In this hands-on workshop\, Tyson Arnold will guide you through the ancient art of flint knapping\, a practice dating back over 100\,000 years. You’ll learn how early people crafted stone tools and arrowheads that shaped civilizations and sustained communities. \nThis immersive class will focus on the pre-history of North America\, introduce you to types of stone materials (including local sources)\, and cover the tools and techniques used to create sharp\, functional tools from stone.
